Puppy Class with Carol Smith

Saturdays and running for 6 weeks - watch for new session dates this spring.

This class is for puppies under 10 months of age.

Cost for Non member $60 for 6 weeks

Puppies must have vaccinations. Owners will discuss housebreaking, good puppy manners, and building a relationship with the puppy. Instruction will be provided on basic commands, sit, come, down, stay. Walking on a leash without pulling, tricks and puppy play will also be covered.

Beginner Class with Laura Thurman

Tuesdays @ 6:30 - 7:30 pm Starting Jan 17 and running for 7 weeks.

Cost for Non members is $60 for 6 weeks or $10 per session.
(Cost for Members is half price)

(First week of Beginner Class is WITHOUT dogs)

This class will provide instruction on basic commands: sit, come, stay, down. Walking on a loose leash and tricks. The emphasis will be on helping the dog become a good family member.

Advanced Ring Time

Tuesdays @ 7:30-8:30pm Starting Jan 17 and running for 6 weeks.

Cost for Non member is $60 for 6 weeks or $10 per session
(Cost for Members is half price)

This class continues the training started at at Level 1 and will include all levels of competition obedience. Rally skills including pivots, fronts-finishes, auto-halts, both about turns,

moving and stationary downs and beginning jumping) will be covered. This will be tailored to the needs of the participants.

Attention CDOTC students:

If you have completed a basic obedience class you may attend our "Drop In" night on Tuesdays.

Non member fee is $10.00, member fee is $5.00 for drop-ins.

Application and Health Certificate required.

Attention CDOTC members:

There are currently two scheduled group training times for members at our Crimora location.

Thursday nights at 7PM - double check the CDOTC group email list if you want to verify training ON for a particular Thurs.

Thursday night is not a class, but an independent work session for training your dog. Participants can work together to provide distractions or help each other, but there is no formal instruction provided.

Wednesday mornings at 9AM - double check with Jan or the CDOTC group email list if you want to verify training is ON or Cancelled for a particular Wed due to weather.

Wednesday is a class for members interested in competition obedience / rally, followed by group practice at 10AM.

To register for class please complete our Class Registration form and have your vet complete our Health Certificate.
